Dr. Shafqat Ayaz, inaugurated the “Digital Connect Center” in Khyber

Special Assistant to CM Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Science & IT, Dr. Shafqat Ayaz, inaugurated the “Digital Connect Center” in Khyber — the third hub under the Digital Connect Program in the merged districts.

This center aims to equip local youth with world-class digital skills free of cost, enabling them to excel in freelancing, e-commerce, and the broader IT sector.

So far, over 2,300 students have completed training, many of whom are already writing their own success stories. The next phase targets training 10,000 more youth.

During his address, Dr. Shafqat Ayaz said:

“We want every young person in KP to be part of the modern digital world.”

“We’re not just giving degrees, we’re giving skills — so our youth can be doers, not just graduates.”

“The dream of a Digital Pakistan will only come true when youth from Khyber, Waziristan, and Bajaur are fully connected to IT.”

“This is no favor — it’s their right, and we’re here to deliver it.”

This initiative is a reflection of the vision of Imran Khan and Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur — to empower and economically strengthen the youth of Pakistan.
